St. George Island Christian Retreat is a ministry of SGI First Baptist Church. Our purpose is to provide churches and Christ-centered ministries a place to experience rest, to be refreshed in the Lord, and be re-energized to reveal the love of God through obedience to Jesus. We offer 8 cabins with 4 bunkbeds in each cabin; total capacity of 64. There is a large kitchen and cafe where groups have everything they need to prepare and serve meals. We also have a large back deck for outdoor grilling. The church sanctuary is available for groups to meet for worship and Bible study times. We also have volleyball, tetherball, a pool table, ping-pong table, bayside beach perfect for fishing and kayak launching. We're a quick walk from the beautiful beaches of Saint George Island.
