We are a remote outdoor adventure lodge in Kodiak, Alaska that offers faith based Men's Retreats and Rite of Passage trips.
Our facility is situated on 5 acres of oceanfront property in the wilderness of Ugak Bay. We offer ocean fishing trips on a 32ft Armstrong Landing Craft for Halibut, King Salmon, Rockfish, Yellow eye, Lingcod and other common species. Trips include river fishing for Salmon in the local rivers and streams. Some men may prefer to enjoy Mothership Kayak fishing where we launch kayaks from the boat and you fish the hot spots solo on your kayak. Come and have a truly unique and authentic experience with your men and let the Lord romance you with the the beautiful scenery and the amazing wildlife that call Kodiak home. We have whales, orcas, bears, sea lions, sea otters, eagles, deer and foxes. Your group will decide what activities to participate in during their stay. We do offer DIY Sitka Kodiak Deer Hunting trips for those men that would like to hunt and there are always activities like backcountry hiking, beach-combing and photography to explore. Our kitchen is fully stocked and you will be treated to delicious homemade meals during your stay. We do have indoor plumbing and hot showers available in the Lodge.
Our mission is to make an affordable Alaska men's retreat where men can sharpen their masculinity and encounter God in a meaningful way while being surrounded by his creation.
We prefer to keep groups small and intimate. We have the capacity to accommodate up to 12 persons per trip, but we can only have 6 passengers fishing on the boat at one time. We do have the ability to stagger groups if needed, where a group can be dropped off for river fishing or another activity while another group is out ocean fishing etc. The lodge will be exclusive to your group, there will be no other guests during your stay. Unplug from the distractions and spend time with the Lord and with the men that you brush shoulders with every week at church. Build lasting bonds and develop relationships with the men in your lives to create accountability partners, spiritual battle buddies and pray warriors.
